If there is one thing other than blood sweat and tears (and an amazing horse) that can elevate your riding it is having the right saddle. Voltaire Design USA & Canada saddles and the amazing support from their skilled saddle experts have had a huge impact on my riding. I can’t say enough about how important it is to be in the right saddle for both the horse and the rider and Voltaire Design is the very best experience I have ever had at addressing both.
No-Fail Blanket Folding
Who else hates winter blankets?! Here’s Kelley’s no-fail folding format for getting them to hang up nicely & keep everything neat and tidy!
No Thrush Hoof Powder
No Thrush Hoof Powder from Four Oaks Farm Products will change the way you treat thrush. We use is every single day in our barn, especially during those wet fall and spring months. It could not be easier to apply and is much less mess than any other product you might use. I also like the idea that the product is 100% natural and safe. Over and over again is has helped horses with thrushy soles/frogs and sore center heel sulcuses. A light dusting when you pick out feet can help with the prevention of thrush on horses that are prone to it as well.
Our Newest Sponsorship
We are so excited to announce our newest sponsorship through Toklat Originals with Royal Rider Stirrups Italy ! It’s surprising how many interesting options there are nowadays, where stirrups are concerned! We’ve been test-riding them all this week (they are so new they are not even on the Toklat website yet but we will let you know as soon as they are available!) and look forward to sharing a bit about each of these stirrups so you can see what #RoyalRider stirrups has to offer you!
Winter Clinic with Kelley at CBF #2 Schedule
MDHT Rock ’N Roll Derby
Winter Clinic with Kelley at CBF #1 Schedule
Congrats to Susan on the purchase of Ludlow!

Ludlow came and went in a hurry! He was snatched up by Susan Bain-Schmidt before we had a chance to post him. This lucky boy has safely made the trek to his new home in Colorado and is settling in to his new digs. What a lovely young horse sourced by the wonderful folks at Ballyclare Farm. Congratulations to Susan! We can’t wait to see updates on his progress!
January 30th Winter Clinic Schedule

For anyone trailering in please remember to clean up the area around your trailer before you leave. There are muck tubs and pitch forks available for use should you need them. It is important for everyone to do their part if the grounds at CBF are to stay as lovely as they are. PARKING: As you come in the main driveway make your first right toward the indoor ring. Parking is in the area to your left after you make that turn. When possible please stay on the paved area just to your left when you park. Overflow for that area is in the grass to the left of ring driveway behind/beside the paved lot. Please do not pull down the driveway going past the rings.
